How do I make a return?

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing. To process your return within 14 days of delivery, please contact us at orders@rachelantonoff.com.

Sale merchandise reduced 30% or more is considered Final Sale, and is not eligible for return or exchange.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from orders@rachelantonoff.com.
