1. ELIGIBILITY
   The Susan Alexandra & Rachel Antonoff NYFW Best in Show Ticket Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Attendees must be physically present in New York on the date of the event to utilize the prize. Employees of Rachel Antonoff LLC, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
   The Sweepstakes begins on August 18, 2026 at 10 am ET and ends on August 26, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.
3. HOW TO ENTER
   To enter, use your mobile device to text the keyword WOOF to +1 (833) 387-1041 during the Sweepstakes Period, or tap the official promotional entry link provided via Rachel Antonoff marketing channels.
   New Subscribers: You will receive a text message asking you to confirm your subscription. You must reply YES to complete your entry and opt into our SMS marketing list.
   Existing Subscribers: Texting the keyword WOOF will automatically register your entry. Existing subscribers may also enter by clicking the official entry link sent via Rachel Antonoff broadcast SMS messages during the Sweepstakes Period.
   Limit one (1) entry per person/phone number. Multiple entries from the same phone number will be disqualified.
4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION & RESTRICTIONS
   The grand prize consists of exactly two (2) tickets to the Susan Alexandra & Rachel Antonoff NYFW Best in Show taking place on September 9, 2026 at Webster Hall, New York, New York. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $0.00 (tickets are promotional and not available for public sale).
5. CRITICAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The prize includes the event tickets ONLY. The winner and their guest are solely and entirely responsible for all transportation (including flights, driving, or public transit), lodging, hotel accommodations, parking, meals, drinks, gratuities, and all other personal or incidental expenses related to attending the event. Rachel Antonoff LLC is not liable or responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, or changes to the event schedule made by the venue or performers.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
   One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about August 27, 2026. The potential winner will be notified via text message to the phone number used to enter. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
7. ODDS OF WINNING
   The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
