What's the deal with Shipping?

US shipping rates:

Standard Shipping $12.00

Delivery occurs 4 – 7 business days after order is placed, pending availability. Any orders placed after 11 AM EST are processed the next business day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST on Friday, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Two Day Shipping $20.00

Delivery occurs within 2 business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 11 AM EST, pending availability.

Free US Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 

International Shipping rates:

Standard Shipping $30.00

We process International orders through DHL Express. Delivery can take anywhere between 3-4  business days (actual number of days may vary based upon destination). Tracking updates are available via DHL On Demand Delivery. Please make sure to enter in your mobile number and email address when placing your order to be notified with up-to-date tracking information. Please note we cannot provide return labels for international orders.

  • Processing an order takes 1 to 2 business days, so please allow this time before you get a tracking number from one of our carriers.
  • Please note you may experience longer delivery times when shipping to outside the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
  • Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside.
  • DHL import duties and taxes are estimated to be around 10-15% of your order value. If an order is refused and returned to us, the return fees and unpaid tax and duties will be taken out of the refund.
  • How do I make a return?

    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to postmark your package for return. No returns will be accepted without an authorized RMA form included in package. We currently do not provide return labels unless items are damaged/defective. We suggest using a shipping service with tracking in order to secure your package makes it back to our facility. Please reach out to orders@rachelantonoff.com within 7 days of receipt of your order to initiate a return. 

    Sale merchandise reduced 30% or more is considered Final Sale, and is not eligible for return or exchange.

    When will my credit card be refunded?

    Once your package has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from orders@rachelantonoff.com.

    I would like to make an exchange, now what?

    To make an exchange please order the item you want as a new purchase. Standard shipping fees will be waived/credited for the exchange. Please reach out to orders@rachelantonoff.com with any questions.
