Shipping & Returns

What's the deal with Shipping? 

We ship orders Monday, Wednesday & Friday. If an order is placed by 11am EST on one of these days, your order will go out the same day, pending availability. If ordered after 11am EST, Tuesday, Thursday, weekends or Holidays, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. 

US shipping rates:

USPS Standard Shipping $12.00

Delivery occurs 4 - 7 business days after order is shipped. 

USPS Two Day Shipping $20.00

Delivery occurs within 2 business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 11 AM EST.

We offer free US Standard Shipping on all orders over $300 

International Shipping rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination & delivery time

We process International orders through DHL Express. Delivery can take anywhere between 3-4  business days (actual number of days may vary based upon destination). Tracking updates are available via DHL On Demand Delivery. Please make sure to enter in your mobile number and email address when placing your order to be notified with up-to-date tracking information. Please note we cannot provide return labels for international orders.

  • Processing an order takes 2 to 3 business days, so please allow this time before you get a tracking number from one of our carriers.
  • Please note you may experience longer delivery times when shipping to outside the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
  • How do I make a return?

    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing. We accept returns within 30 days from the order ship date.  If you would like to return for Store Credit we will accept these within 30 days. We currently do not provide return labels unless items are damaged/defective. We suggest using a shipping service with tracking in order to secure your package makes it back to our facility. Please mail returns back to our updated address below:

    Any purchases (not including Final Sale) made between November 1st, 2023-January 15th, 2024 will be eligible for a 90 day return policy as it falls within our holiday window

    Sale merchandise reduced 30% or more is considered Final Sale, and is not eligible for return or exchange.

    When will my credit card be refunded?

    Once your package has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days or store credit (based on which option you select at time of return)  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from orders@rachelantonoff.com.

    I would like to make an exchange, now what?

    To make an exchange please order the item you want as a new purchase. Standard shipping fees will be waived/credited for the exchange. Please reach out to orders@rachelantonoff.com with any questions. 

    Do you offer store credit?

    Yes! We'd be glad to accept your return & apply the amount toward your next purchase with us. We accept store credit returns within 30 days from the order ship date.
