Returns

I need to return my merchandise, what should I do? 

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing. We accept returns within 30 days from the order ship date. We currently do not provide return labels unless items are damaged/defective. We suggest using a shipping service with tracking in order to secure your package makes it back to our facility. Please mail returns back to our updated address below:

Please note Sale merchandise reduced 30% or more is considered Final Sale, and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Do you have a Holiday return policy?

Any purchases (not including Final Sale) made between November 1st, 2023-January 15th, 2024 will be eligible for a 90 day return policy as it falls within our holiday window.

What do I need to include with my return?

We only ask that you include a copy of your return merchandise authorization form inside the return package along with the item(s) you're returning (unworn, with original tags).

How long will it take to receive my refund after I shipped my return?

The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, including time of receiving the package at our warehouse to the refund back into your account. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed.

How is tax calculated in my order?

Tax is calculated by the state in which you reside and is added to order after shipping is aligned. 

I found an item I would like to purchase however my size is not showing up.

Our website is in real time. All available sizes are displayed online. If your size is not showing up, it is unfortunately out of stock. Please sign up for a back in stock notification found on the product page, to be alerted when your desired item is available for purchase. 

I have ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. Can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however do our best to cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product.

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. We recommend you cancel your order right away at orders@rachelantonoff.com.

I want to buy a gift card for a friend or frenemy. Are these available on the site?

Yes! You can purchase a gift card here

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Is there a way to resell my pre-loved RA items?

Sure is! Round Trip is a community space for buying and selling pre-loved Rachel Antonoff. We design our pieces with the long game in mind, with styles that transcend occasion and season.
